Though our region has suffered long with job uncertainty, only a few times has the right mix of motivation, energy, and encouragement converged on a single person to start a career-related ministry. Those few people got together in 2005 and launched CTSM with the mission of equipping your church to foster prosperous career choices. Your pews are filled on Sunday morning with gifted souls looking for a place to serve.
