Concentrating on our work, not differences in doctrines (Rom 14)
gifted by God
We each have varying spiritual and physical gifts / capabilities
that we use to His glory
to minister to all people in career transition.
We've experienced the same disappointments and challenges.
Job changes are hard, and infrequent enough that most
people haven't " mastered" the tools or techniques
As His stewards we acknowledge
our dependence on the Holy Spirit
and our fellow servants
We can do nothing meaningful without the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
We have nothing but what God gives us.
Frequently God's providence is delivered through the hand of another.
to ensure that every resource is maximized.
Being called by God to this ministry, we are committed to find
maximal use of every resource, from community programs to
individual gifts. We will therefore become part of the larger
community serving people in Career Transition.
